Europe's "Biggest Dino" Discovered in Spain
The giant plant-eating Turiasaurus riodevensis, recently discovered in northern Spain, measured up to 120 feet (37 meters) in length and weighed as much as 48 tons, scientists say.The animal, whose 11-foot-long (3.5-meter-long) left forelimb is seen inset, once roamed all across Europe and hints at future finds of behemoth dinosaurs on the continent.
